The stadium and grandstand industry is a highly specialized industry with a niche enjoyed only by a few national firms. As such, the lack of competition can frequently make this a cut throat business where Architects, Owners and General Contractors are subject to the sales spin of some of the individuals representing the stadium company, all of which can be very difficult to understand and evaluate objectively.
